Although the idea and dream of running across the country started one day in a dorm room, the reality of this journey would never have happened without the support and encouragement of countless people.

We would first like to thank our

families and loved ones for giving

us the opportunity to pursue

something that not many people

in this world get to experience.

It's funny to think back to the first

time we told our parents about the

idea and the response they gave.

They simply felt we were joking and

such talks would slowly die off.

However, today, I don't think any of our parents could be prouder of what we are about to take on.

We would also like to thank Lori Barringer from AAA for the endless hours of planning she did. Our relationship began with a few free travel maps and a crazy idea but has turned into something much more.  Finally, we would like to thank Seth Odell and the rest of the Partridge House PR Team for their public relations, publicity and promotional efforts during the course of our run.

If you have any questions or comments please feel free to email us at wahila.andrew@gmail.com. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible to answer whatever you might be wondering. However, please realize it will be extremely difficult to know exactly where the runner will be at any given time during this run. While daily updates and phone calls will be given, it will be hard to track the runners during such "down periods" that they will inevitably encounter. If you happen to see us on the side of the road, feel free to stop us for a few minutes. We will never turn away the chance to chat and make new friendships along the way.

Finding Us On The Road

The three of us might be running across the country physically, but we know while out there, hundreds of people will be thinking about us daily. Thanks again to everyone who helped make this possible and that believed in us. Without your support this run would never have taken place.
